A wide, flexible butyl rubber fibre-faced tape that is applied to the butt joints of adjoining mesh-faced damp proof membranes to form a waterproof seal. The fibre tape for mesh membranes forms an excellent jointing detail that takes traditional renders and dot and dab adhesives.
